The worksheet
1. Pull the whole sample
Include winners, losers, scratches, and trades you nearly forgot. The review is less useful when it only contains the memorable outcomes.
2. Read the process

3. Name one repeated behavior
Describe the behavior, not your character. “Added size after a loss” is testable. “I am undisciplined” is not.
4. Carry one rule into next week
Make it observable and small enough to check before the next trade.
Synthetic example
The downloadable sample is invented data, included to show the shape of a structured journal. It is not a model portfolio, a backtest, or evidence of a trading edge.

What this worksheet is not
It does not tell you what to buy, sell, or size. It does not turn a weekly result into a forecast. It is a low-friction prompt for collecting the same observations consistently so a longer history can be read with more care.
