The short version: Kyra Trading is a personal journaling and analytics tool. It is not financial advice. Your trading decisions are your own. Your data stays on your device.
By downloading, installing, or using Kyra Trading ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Neon Tiger Labs LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a California limited liability company.
Kyra Trading is a personal trade journaling and behavioral analytics tool. It helps you log trades, detect statistical patterns in your trading history, and reflect on your decision-making through a pre-trade checklist.
All analysis is performed locally on your device using your own trade data. Kyra does not connect to brokerages, execute trades, or access your financial accounts.

Kyra Trading is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. The App does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice of any kind.
Pattern insights displayed in the App are statistical observations derived from your own historical data. They are not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any security. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Trading stocks, options, and other securities involves substantial risk of loss, including the potential loss of your entire investment. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.
All trading decisions are solely your responsibility. You should consult a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Kyra Trading. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
All trade data you enter is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that store your data and have no ability to access it.
Kyra is designed to support iCloud sync across your Apple devices via Apple's CloudKit framework. When this feature is active, sync occurs through your personal iCloud account and is governed by Apple's privacy policy. Availability of iCloud sync depends on your device settings and the version of the App you are using. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from device failure, software updates, or deletion.
Kyra Trading offers a free tier with limited features and a Premium subscription that unlocks all features.
We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes do not affect active subscription periods.
Subscription management and all refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple. We have no ability to process refunds or modify your subscription outside of Apple's systems.

Kyra Trading, including its design, statistical engine, copy, and visual identity, is owned by Neon Tiger Labs LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and the Apple App Store terms.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Statistical patterns and analyses are provided for informational and educational purposes only. We make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any analysis or pattern detection.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEON TIGER LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, DATA LOSS, OR FINANCIAL DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT TRADING INVOLVES RISK AND THAT NEON TIGER LABS LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TRADING DECISIONS YOU MAKE OR LOSSES YOU INCUR.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neon Tiger Labs LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your trading activities.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the App ceases. Sections 3, 9, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through an app update or notice within the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with changes, your remedy is to stop using the App.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Neon Tiger Labs LLC regarding the App.
