The short version: Kyra Trading stores your trading journal on your device and, when iCloud is available, in your private iCloud account. Neon Tiger Labs has no account system or server that receives your trades and cannot read your journal. Kyra sends limited, privacy-preserving product analytics and diagnostics through TelemetryDeck; you can turn analytics off in Settings. Anything you export leaves the app only when you choose where to send it.
Kyra Trading is developed by Neon Tiger Labs LLC, a California limited liability company. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Neon Tiger Labs LLC. "Kyra" refers to the Kyra Trading iOS application, and "the site" refers to kyratrading.app.
Trade and journal data you enter into Kyra is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. Neon Tiger Labs does not operate an account or application server that receives this content.

Pre-trade checklist sessions and pattern analysis results are also stored with your journal. App preferences include onboarding state, subscription cache, notification flags, theme selection, Privacy Lock preference, and analytics preference.
Pattern detection and journal analysis run on your device. Your trade and journal content is not sent to Neon Tiger Labs or to an external analysis API.
If iCloud is available for Kyra on your device, Kyra may synchronize your journal across your Apple devices using Apple's CloudKit framework. The synchronized records are stored in the private CloudKit database associated with your Apple account and are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. Neon Tiger Labs does not have application-level access to your private CloudKit records.
CloudKit synchronization necessarily sends the journal records being synchronized to Apple's iCloud service. This is separate from the TelemetryDeck analytics described below.
Kyra offers an optional Privacy Lock that requires Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode to open the app and to confirm certain destructive actions. It is off by default and can be turned on in Settings › Privacy & Security › Privacy Lock.
Authentication is performed by iOS through Apple's Local Authentication framework. Kyra does not receive, store, or transmit your face, fingerprint, or passcode. The app receives only the authentication result supplied by the system.
When Privacy Lock is on, Kyra also covers its content while the app is in the background so journal data is not exposed in the iOS app switcher.
Kyra uses TelemetryDeck for limited product analytics. These signals help us understand whether features work and which parts of the app are used.

Analytics and diagnostic signals do not include your trade records, ticker symbols, prices, profit/loss amounts, journal notes, emotional states, execution ratings, or imported/exported files.
Analytics are enabled by default. You can disable them at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Anonymous Analytics. When the setting is off, Kyra disables TelemetryDeck analytics transmission.
Subscriptions and purchases are processed through Apple's App Store using StoreKit. Neon Tiger Labs does not receive your card number or other payment credentials. Apple governs its payment processing under its own terms and privacy policy.
kyratrading.app is a static informational site. It does not run website analytics or advertising pixels. The site uses browser local storage only to remember a visitor's light/dark theme preference; that preference stays in the browser and is not sent to Neon Tiger Labs.
Our hosting/CDN infrastructure may process standard operational request information, such as IP address, requested path, browser or user-agent information, timestamp, and response status, to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site.
Neon Tiger Labs does not operate a Kyra account system and does not receive:
Kyra does not use advertising SDKs, tracking pixels, the Meta/Facebook SDK, Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, or advertising identifiers for cross-app or cross-site profiling.
Kyra can import supported files you choose and export journal data from Settings › Data. Import and export preparation happens on your device. An exported file is handed to iOS so you can save or share it to a destination you choose. Neon Tiger Labs does not receive the contents of your imported or exported files. After you share an exported file, the destination you selected governs its handling.
Settings › Delete All Data removes Kyra's journal records and related app data. If iCloud synchronization is active, deletions are propagated through CloudKit to your other devices after synchronization completes.
A limited amount of preference state may deliberately survive the in-app delete operation, including your analytics opt-out, subscription entitlement cache, and state used to avoid repeatedly prompting for an App Store review. This state is not trade or journal content.
Uninstalling Kyra removes its local app data from that device but does not necessarily remove synchronized records already stored in your iCloud account. Apple provides iCloud storage controls in iOS Settings for managing app data stored in iCloud.
Kyra is intended for adults using financial trading concepts and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly use the app to collect personal information from children.
We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Kyra's limited analytics are not linked by Neon Tiger Labs to an account or known identity, are not used by us for cross-app or cross-site behavioral advertising, and can be disabled in the app. California residents may contact privacy@neontigerlabs.com with a privacy request or question.
If we make a material change to this policy, we will update the effective date and describe the change on this page or in an app update where appropriate.
