The short version: Kyra Trading stores your data on your device and in your personal iCloud account. We don't have servers, we don't have accounts, and we can't see your trades. The only data that leaves your device on its own is anonymous app usage analytics — and you can turn that off. Anything else leaves only when you export it yourself.
Kyra Trading is developed by Neon Tiger Labs LLC, a California limited liability company. In this policy, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Neon Tiger Labs LLC. "Kyra" refers to the Kyra Trading iOS application.
All trade data you enter into Kyra is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. We have no ability to access, read, or retrieve this data.
Trade records include:
Pre-trade checklist sessions and pattern analysis results are also stored locally.
App preferences and settings include:
Pattern detection runs entirely on your device. No trade data is sent to any server, API, or cloud service operated by us.
If you have iCloud enabled on your device, Kyra may sync your trade data across your Apple devices using Apple's CloudKit framework. This data is stored in your personal iCloud account, encrypted by Apple, and governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We cannot access your iCloud data.
Kyra offers an optional Privacy Lock that requires Face ID, Touch ID, or your device passcode to open the app, and to confirm destructive actions such as Delete All Data. It is off by default and can be turned on in Settings › Privacy & Security › Privacy Lock.
Authentication is performed entirely by iOS through Apple's Local Authentication framework. Kyra never receives, stores, or transmits your face, fingerprint, or passcode — the app only receives a yes-or-no result from the system. We have no access to your biometric data at any point.
When Privacy Lock is on, Kyra also covers its content with a blurred overlay while the app is in the background, so your trade data does not appear in the iOS app switcher.
Kyra uses TelemetryDeck to collect anonymous usage analytics. This helps us understand which features are used and how to improve the app.
TelemetryDeck's SDK declares the following anonymous analytics data types:
TelemetryDeck does not collect:
Anonymous analytics are enabled by default so we can understand overall app usage. You can disable them at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Anonymous Analytics. When disabled, no data is sent to TelemetryDeck.
Subscriptions are processed entirely through Apple's App Store using StoreKit. We do not collect, process, or store any payment information. All billing is managed by Apple and governed by Apple's terms.
To be explicit, we do not collect or have access to:
Kyra uses only two third-party services:
We do not use advertising SDKs, tracking pixels, Facebook SDK, Google Analytics, Firebase, or any other third-party data collection tools.
Kyra can import trades from a CSV file you choose, and export your trades to a CSV file, from Settings › Data. Both operations run on your device. An imported file is read only to create trade records; an exported file is handed to iOS so you can save or share it wherever you choose. Neither sends your data to us, and we have no visibility into either operation. Once you share an exported file, its contents are governed by wherever you send it.
Since your data lives on your device, you have full control over it. Settings › Delete All Data permanently removes your trades, pre-trade checklist sessions, detected patterns, and app settings, including your Privacy Lock preference. If iCloud sync is enabled, the deletion propagates to your other devices signed into the same Apple ID once sync completes.
A small amount of app state deliberately survives this action, because clearing it would work against you rather than for you: your Anonymous Analytics preference (so that opting out stays opted out), your Premium subscription status, and the state we use to avoid re-prompting you to rate the app. None of this is trade data. Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data.
If you have iCloud sync enabled, removing the app from your device does not automatically delete data stored in your iCloud account. To remove iCloud data, go to Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage on your device.
Kyra is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. The app involves financial trading concepts and is intended for adult users.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, request its deletion, and opt out of its sale. Since Kyra does not collect personal information and does not sell any data, these rights are satisfied by our architecture. The anonymous analytics described in Section 5 do not constitute personal information under the CCPA.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date and notify users through an app update. Continued use of Kyra after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
